Product Description
Long Weld Neck flanges are seamless self-reinforcing nozzles, usually used on pressure vessels, tanks, or piping systems. These come in 1/2" to 24" nominal sizes, 150#, 300#, 400#, 600#, 900#, 1500#, and 2500# pressure class, and in any length (our stocking length range is 9" to 18"). They can come with Raised Face (RF), Flat Face (FF), and Ring Type Joint (RTJ) facing, as well as many others.
These standard sizes follow ANSI /ASME B16.5. We can also provide Weld Stubs, Studding Outlets, Heavy Barrel (HB), and other heavier self-reinforcing nozzles in the common 1, 2, & 3 varieties.
As a long weld neck flange manufacture, we provide these products in the following common grades: SA105, SA105N (Normalized), SA350-LF2, SA182 (F11,F22, 304/304L, & 316/316L) A694 (F42, F52, F56, F60, F65,F70), among countless others.
